Responsibilities
- Coordinate PAP equipment set-up appointments and ensure timely delivery of services to patients.
- Provide instruction and education to patients regarding PAP equipment usage, cleaning, maintenance, and therapy expectations.
- Explain patient financial responsibility, insurance coverage, copayments, and payment options.
