Respiratory Educator

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers evidence-based education for respiratory therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, focusing on ventilator management, airway care, pulmonary diagnostics, and emergency response.
• Supports orientation, skills validation, simulation training, and competency assessments to ensure staff proficiency.
• Promotes safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance through education initiatives.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to implement best practices, mentor staff, and contribute to performance improvement and patient outcome initiatives.
