Respiratory Educator
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver evidence-based respiratory education for RTs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support onboarding and competency validation
- Promote best practices in ventilation management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary rehabilitation
Key Duties
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to analyze outcomes, update protocols, and reinforce patient safety
- Provide bedside coaching, skills labs, in‑service training, and regulatory readiness
- Mentor staff to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered respiratory care
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in respiratory care
- Strong educational and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of ventilation and oxygen therapies
- Ability to promote best practices in clinical settings
