Respiratory Care Therapist

Role: Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care using respiratory therapy protocols to optimize outcomes, manage ventilator and airway support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Engage in clinical and process improvement projects to support internal growth and advancement within the clinical ladder. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, registered as an RRT by the NBRC, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP (if applicable), and PALS (if applicable). Must possess and maintain current certifications before start date. Skills & Attributes: Ability to operate in complex clinical settings, adapt to innovative environments, and partner effectively with team members. Demonstrates a commitment to evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and continuous learning.
