Role Overview

The Respiratory Care Practitioner - RRT provides treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation, and patient education for individuals with cardio-pulmonary deficiencies under medical supervision. Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Certifications: CPR (AHA), ACLS/BLS, Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner Licensure, NBRC Registered
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and procedures

Key Duties

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop and document individualized care plans
• Implement therapy, provide patient education, and monitor outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Adhere to professional standards and safety protocols
