Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Certifications: CPR (AHA), ACLS/BLS, Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner Licensure, NBRC Registered
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and procedures
Key Duties
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and document individualized care plans
- Implement therapy, provide patient education, and monitor outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
- Adhere to professional standards and safety protocols
