Respiratory Care Practitioner - Core Variable Shift

About the role

We are seeking qualified Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) or Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join our team in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Physicians and Nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
• Operating and maintaining complex ventilatory support systems and monitoring devices
• Assisting with respiratory care procedures, patient assessments, diagnostic tests, and oxygen therapy
• Providing patient care for respiratory conditions and supporting resuscitation efforts
• Completing department and unit-specific orientation programs

Qualifications

• Certification, license, or registration meeting state requirements
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Skills

• Strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles and ability to operate advanced respiratory equipment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
