Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Social and emotional support for each child
• Positive and effective family relations
• Collaboration with classroom teachers and faculty
• Show empathy and compassion for young children
• Be dependable and adaptable, enjoy teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Infant and Young Toddler Teachers must be able to lift infants)
