Starting Compensation
$18.00 - $23.00 USD per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health
- Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License with an eligible driving record per company policy (Class “B” license preferred)
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), team members, and the public
Responsibilities
- Help residents meet service and resource needs including housing, vocational/educational services, transportation, and other social support services
About the Program
The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term voluntary residential facility designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
- Population Served: Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis
- Facility & Setting: Short-term voluntary residential facility | 24/7 Program
- Clinical Services: Therapeutic and mental health services, rehabilitation/recovery services (including substance use), medication evaluation and support, crisis intervention
- Length of Stay: Short-term
- Skills & Transition: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling, transition back to community
- Skills & Services: Daily exercise and health/wellness education
