Job Description
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients
BUILD AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS THROUGH NETWORKING AND OUTREACHRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
ACTION AS A LIASON BETWEEN CLIENTS AND THE FIRM, ENSURING CLIENT SATISFACTION AND ADDRESSING CONCERNSCollaboration With Teams: Work closely with partners, senior management, and service teams to align business development efforts with the firm's overall goals
Cross-selling Services: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing clients
COLLABORATE WITH SERVICE TEAMS TO MAXIMIZE CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND SATISFACTIONMarket Research And Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
ANALYZE COMPETITOR STRATEGIES AND MARKET DYNAMICS TO IDENTIFY AREAS FOR GROWTHProposal Support: Collaborate with partners and senior management to create compelling proposals for potential clients
CUSTOMIZE PROPOSALS BASED ON CLIENT NEEDS AND THE FIRM'S SERVICE OFFERINGSSales Reporting And Analysis: Track and report on sales performance and business development activities
ANALYZE DATA TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STRATEGIES AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTSupervisory Responsibilities: Will supervise subordinate team members
Work environment
May involve prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
The ability to transport necessary equipment between locations; this requires the ability to lift issued equipment such as laptops, backpacks, keyboards, note-taking materials, bending or standing as necessary
Travel Required: Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending upon prospect’s/client’s needs
