Resource RN - Registered Nurse - Interventional GI

Position Overview Seeking an Interventional Resource Nurse to provide specialized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. Utilizes theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in accordance with nursing standards, mission, and values. Key Responsibilities Perform duties consistent with patient care standards, focusing on interventional procedures such as GI endoscopy.Apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking to support patient safety and outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure compliance with standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years in critical care and 6+ months in GI endoscopy preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or unit-specific credentials may be necessary.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
