About the role
We are seeking an Interventional Resource Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, guided by nursing standards and theoretical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient-centered care aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
- Utilizing clinical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice
- Performing duties that require physical strength, including lifting, standing, walking, and maneuvering in clinical settings
- Ensuring compliance with licensure, certification, and ongoing education requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation) may be required based on unit
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment

- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
