Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or applicable state licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; advanced life support preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care adhering to clinical protocols.
• Develop and update patient care plans.
• Assess and document patient status, communicating changes effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and assist with discharge procedures.

Note
