Resource Planning Specialist

Role Overview

This position involves ensuring optimal staffing by analyzing data, trends, and maintaining strong relationships with department leadership to manage both permanent and contingent resources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower and cost budgets in SAP
• Conduct detailed gap and trend analyses and recommend countermeasures to meet production goals
• Provide accurate reporting of manpower data
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Support departmental projects to enhance efficiency and customer service

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields
• 0-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Experience troubleshooting complex problems in team environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks with limited direction
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making
