Responsibilities

• Analyze labor data, including attrition, hiring, and costs, to forecast resource needs.
• Develop detailed gap and trend analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain strong communication with local and regional customers regarding resource conditions.
• Ensure accurate manpower reporting and budget management in SAP.
• Participate in projects and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience.
