Resource Planning Coordinator - Houston, TX

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Support resource management activities at the discretion of the Resource Planning Manager.
  • Aid in compiling information necessary to start homes, such as permits, plot plans, JIO's, and provide to the field team ahead of the planned start date.
  • Manage the distribution of any field documents that are revised after the initial documents were sent to the field.
  • Proficient in using Pulte-supported systems, including Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur, etc.
  • Interact daily with municipalities and trade partners, including handling inspection fee payments, resolving municipality issues, and responding to trade partner requests for information.
  • Manage the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
  • Aid in executing the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
  • Assist in producing capacity and trend reports to support department production meetings.
  • Process invoices for payment by accurately assigning costs to correct lots, using Transact and Concur.
  • Adhere to "Clean Sweep" Policy when saving department records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Literature: Requires operational knowledge of systems and procedures. Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years relevant work experience. Some job areas may require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong computer skills;
  • Literacy in scheduling software, MS Office;
  • Attention to detail.
