Primary Job Responsibilities
- Support resource management activities at the discretion of the Resource Planning Manager.
- Aid in compiling information necessary to start homes, such as permits, plot plans, JIO's, and provide to the field team ahead of the planned start date.
- Manage the distribution of any field documents that are revised after the initial documents were sent to the field.
- Proficient in using Pulte-supported systems, including Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur, etc.
- Interact daily with municipalities and trade partners, including handling inspection fee payments, resolving municipality issues, and responding to trade partner requests for information.
- Manage the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
- Aid in executing the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
- Assist in producing capacity and trend reports to support department production meetings.
- Process invoices for payment by accurately assigning costs to correct lots, using Transact and Concur.
- Adhere to "Clean Sweep" Policy when saving department records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
