GDIT is seeking a Resource Manager supporting the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its subordinate commands, contract requirements. This role is part of the Program Management Organization (PMO) on a large, complex global enterprise operations and support contract, assisting the Program Manager with day-to-day performance of scope, schedule, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all activities between customer, recruiting, security, subcontracts, and human resources in staffing of personnel.
- Leads team member communications and engagement strategy, including expanding reach into key internal audiences.
- Serves as the contract’s primary point of contact (POC) with close support for all onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
- Coordinates with subcontractor staffing POCs.
- Coordinates with Government security POCs, GDIT security officers, and GDIT recruiting to complete new employee paperwork and security paperwork according to Government and GDIT policy.
- Tracks and reports on Government-mandated annual compliance training.
- Provides allocation and coordination of resources, working with the program team and hiring managers to understand upcoming resourcing needs.
- Manages a team of resource analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- US Citizenship required.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
