Resource Management Specialist
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert administration of complex service contracts through performance monitoring and compliance oversight.
- Lead the full procurement lifecycle by developing acquisition packages (e.g., SOW/PWS, IGCE) to ensure thorough, FAR-compliant evaluation of proposals.
- Evaluate fiscal and programmatic data to develop recommendations for managing complex financial and administrative contractual needs and requirements.
Requirements
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing the duties listed above.
- Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representative Level III (FAC-COR), or equivalent, is required.
