About the role
The Case Management Supervisor oversees the Agency’s call center and case management services as part of the Information and Referral (I&R) Team under the direction of the Resource Center Director.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Agency’s call center and case management services
- Supervision of all Resource Center Specialists who carry BH caseloads
- Linking individuals who need assistance with appropriate service providers and/or supplies
- Services may include, but are not limited to, financial assistance, disability related services (Social Security and Medicaid), medical programs, rehabilitative services, vocational rehabilitation, legal assistance, housing assistance, support and educational based support groups, disaster relief, food pantries, home delivered meals, in home assistance or other organizations that empower individuals to live independently within their community
