Resort Worker-7- Stehekin

About the role

The Resort Worker is involved in most aspects of day-to-day operations of the Lodge while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the customer: Seeks to understand the internal/external customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
• Perform customer service, food service, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies.
• Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary.
• Maintain clean and orderly station area; stock and maintain station area with various supplies and products.
• Improve continuously: Constantly assess and adapt to current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.

Requirements

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• One year of work experience and a desire to learn and work hard.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of people.
• Willing to be cross-trained in all areas of the workplace.
