About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor for Ocean Blue restaurant at the DoubleTree/Ellie Beach Resort.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $17.00 per hour.
