Responsibilities
- Plan and execute resort programming, featured events, and immersions.
- Cook up speakers, entertainers, vendors, contracts, and event logistics.
- Partner with Marketing to promote upcoming programming.
- Oversee the Daily Ranch Schedule and ensure timely communication across departments.
- Monitor program budgets, participation, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Conference Services, and Wellness teams to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
- Experience Required: Significant specialized experience (6-10 years’ experience in same or related field).
- Experience in hospitality, event planning, programming, or guest experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
- Budget Management And Vendor Coordination Experience Preferred.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
