Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in resort management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to work nights, under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) for each shift, answering radio calls, responding to guest incidents and completing nightly reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall operations
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure outstanding customer service during night shifts
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial goals for the resort, including those related to evening operations
  • Cook up activities and resolve issues that may arise during night shifts
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times, especially during evening hours
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of all resort facilities, especially during the night
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements during evening operations
  • Stay current on industry trends to drive continuous improvement in nightly operations.
