Responsibilities
- Assist guests with their luggage and answer their questions.
- Make guests feel at home and cared for.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and park.
- Carry heavy suitcases from guest vehicles to the holding area.
- Deliver luggage to the guest's room.
- Maintain cleanliness at the front of the hotel.
- Inform housekeeping of spills or other accidents that may occur.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license (CDL not required).
- Able to carry over 50 lbs.
- Neat appearance and charismatic.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Pay
$11/hour + tips. Pay may vary based on job responsibilities.
