Location: Evergreen Administration Building (13898 NE 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682)

This position will transition to an off-site work schedule upon successful completion of the training period and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps).

About the role

In this role, you will collaborate with operational partners, leaders, vendors, and IS teams to support a stable and effective application environment. Responsibilities include researching and defining system functionality, analyzing workflows, supporting design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities, and communicating system changes clearly to trainers, leadership, and end users.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of system integration, application configuration, and customer-focused issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of information technology or Epic electronic health record experience in relevant healthcare or business area
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area
  • Epic Certification(s) may be required depending on the specific area of application (i.e. Epic OpTime, Healthy Planet, etc.)

Pay

Hiring range generally between $80,176.00 to $99,385.00 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience. Full pay range is $78,604.00 - $117,907.00.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
