About the role
The Resilience Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational resilience in the face of disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute resilience plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train employees on emergency response procedures and resilience protocols.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of resilience initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices in resilience and risk management.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
