Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades.
- Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality.
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site.
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies.
- Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical experience in the water industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role.
Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus.
