Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades.
• Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality.
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies.
• Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical experience in the water industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role.

Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus.
