Key Responsibilities
- Cook out and direct group activities to ensure compliance with treatment schedules.
- Monitor and report supply and curriculum needs for psychosocial programming.
- Ensure staff are equipped with materials for therapeutic groups and activities.
- Collaborate with medical, therapeutic, and educational departments for holistic care.
- Document staff interactions, incidents, and resident progress.
- Support direct care staff during emergencies or crises.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions, and coaching.
- Transport residents or conduct agency business using personal or agency vehicles.
- Promote cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and adherence to accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree in human services preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential program; medical care center experience a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Completion of Safe Crisis Management training (or willingness to complete upon hire).

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable working in moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor conditions.
