Start date: September 14th. Training is onsite for 5 weeks in Lenexa, KS (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Central).
Schedule
Remote, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Central.
Pay
$17.25+ per hour. Offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
- Support assigned client group(s) performing routine-complexity health-related customer-excellence activities
- Handle routine outbound and inbound full-service calls in a timely manner following set scripts and procedures
- Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
- Provide professional, respectful customer service with caring and empathy when delivering sensitive health information
- Respond to all customer inquiries received via telephone, fax, email, and chat regarding reporting of patient results, test inquiries, service concerns, and other duties needed to provide superior service
- Support all client group(s) based on business needs
Requirements
- 1 year of related customer-service experience
- Good performance, productivity, attendance, conduct, and teamwork

Qualifications
- Preferred: health-care and laboratory experience
- Preferred: experience delivering customer service excellence and meeting productivity/accuracy/quality standards
