Residential Trim Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

About the role

We are hiring a Trim Manager to oversee trim carpentry, finish carpentry, punch list work, and final project details on residential construction projects. This is a field leadership role for someone with strong trim carpentry experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep finish work organized and moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage trim carpentry and finish work across active residential projects
• Oversee punch list items and help drive projects to completion
• Review jobsites for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness
• Cookordinate with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors
• Identify trim and finish issues early and help solve field problems
• Confirm that doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, and other finish details meet company standards
• Track outstanding work and communicate priorities clearly
• Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Support final walkthroughs and project closeout

Requirements

• Experience in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction
• Strong understanding of interior trim, doors, hardware, and finish details
• Able to read plans, understand project details, and identify field issues
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple jobsite priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of trim carpentry or finish carpentry experience
• Prior experience as a lead carpenter, foreman, superintendent, or field manager
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, carpenters, or small field teams
• Comfortable using basic technology for photos, schedules, communication, and documentation
