We are currently seeking Per Diem Residential Support Specialists to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team, providing flexible, as-needed direct care coverage within our residential programs. What We Offer Flexible Scheduling – Per diem shifts that fit your availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnightsMeaningful Direct Care Work – Support the growth, independence, and safety of individuals served across residential settingsSupportive Team Culture – Join a team guided by our HEART values: Humanity, Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and TeamworkCompetitive Per Diem Pay – Earn a competitive hourly rate with the flexibility of per diem statusCertified Great Place to Work – Work for an organization recognized for creating a positive and engaging employee experienceOn-the-Job Training – No prior human services experience required; BHN provides comprehensive training What You Will Do Assist and monitor activities of daily living, encouraging independence, competency, and decision-makingSupport quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness, respect, and dignityMonitor overall health and well-being and assist with aspects of medication treatment and administrationProvide crisis intervention and emergency services as neededHelp individuals maintain and strengthen social support networks, including relationships with family, friends, and community groupsPlan and provide opportunities for community activitiesAct as a key implementer of strategies to meet ISP/PSTP goalsComplete shift summaries, progress notes, and required documentation (e.g., Incident Reports, Medication Occurrence Reports) in a timely mannerProvide safe, timely transportation using your own vehicle for appointments, errands, and recreational activities as neededPrepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks, and perform routine household cleaning and maintenanceAttend required trainings and in-services as scheduledCommunicate with supervisors as required during scheduled shifts, including overnight shifts Who You Are High School Diploma or GED requiredHuman services experience preferred but not required; training provided by BHNValid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for all working hoursCommitted to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integrationStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with internet, word processing, and email systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAvailable to work flexible, as-needed per diem shifts We Hire for HEART!
