About the role
This position assists adults with developmental disabilities in routine personal care needs, social support, and daily living activities.Responsibilities
- Assist with routine personal care needs
- Maintain dignity and ensure safety and comfort of residents
- Support residents in engaging in self-directed life activities within their community
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Additional education/experience in human services fields preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Good patient documentation skills
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
- Experience with ID/DD individuals and CNA is a plus but not required
Qualifications
- Must be able to work multiple shifts
- Rotating weekend availability may be required

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
