Responsibilities
- Provides and promotes independence in individual’s daily support needs, care, and provision of services
- Promotes independence, community inclusion, individualization, and productivity
- Affords assistance to the Administrator of Residential Services (ARS) and Program Manager to ensure all agency and regulatory compliance is maintained
- Affords assistance to the team to ensure physical plant and related areas are operating well to meet the needs of individuals supported
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of various records and ensures that the program and individuals have their needs, wants and services provided to them in the highest quality and manner
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Minimum of one year of related experience, specifically in human services
