Residential Support Specialist

Position: Youth Housing Support Staff Responsibilities Provide direct support to at-risk and homeless youth in shelter and housing programs.Build trusting relationships with youth to foster a supportive environment.Support youth in daily living skills and monitor safety.Respond to crises using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress.Collaborate with case managers and community resources.Assist youth in achieving stability, education, and independence.
