About the role
BHNC offers two positions: one 8 AM - 4 PM shift and one 4 PM - 12 AM shift. The pay for this role is $21 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Maintain individuals' health and well-being
- Assist with daily living skills and encourage independence
- Provide medication support and document services provided
- Initiate and support quality of life through empowerment, respect, and dignity
- Deliver crisis intervention and emergency support as needed
- Plan and facilitate opportunities for community activities and social engagement
- Help individuals build and maintain social support networks and relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- At least three months of experience in human services (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle available for working hours (required)
