Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a residential substance use treatment environment. The role involves maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and supporting residents in achieving their treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents through daily activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with medication and transportation
- Responding to crises and ensuring safety
- Facilitating group sessions and supporting individualized plans
- Performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed
