About the role

Provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a residential substance use treatment setting, fostering a recovery-focused environment. Assist with daily living activities, medication support, transportation, meals, and life skills development. Document resident progress accurately and maintain detailed records. Respond to crisis situations to ensure safety and stability. Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment goals. Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as required. Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere that promotes lasting recovery.
