About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to provide daily support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment environment for men. The role requires a commitment to making a positive impact on residents' lives and promoting lasting recovery.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily activities
- Providing medication support
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Transporting residents as needed
- Responding effectively to crisis situations
- Facilitating groups
- Fostering a safe, recovery-focused atmosphere
- Supporting individualized treatment goals
- Performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed
Qualifications and Skills

Schedule
This full-time position is scheduled for Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
