Residential Support Professional - Substance Use Treatment

Seeking a compassionate, dependable individual to provide support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment facility for men. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating groups to promote recovery. The role involves maintaining a safe, welcoming environment, supporting residents' treatment goals, and performing tests like urinalysis and breathalyzer as needed. Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities and supervision
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress
• Assist with medications, transportation, meals, and life skills
• Respond to crises and ensure safety
• Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment plans
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing

Schedule

This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers evening hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday through Monday, in a recovery-focused environment.
