Residential Support Professional - Substance Use Treatment

About the role

Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement at a residential substance use treatment center.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, and crisis response
• Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment goals
• Maintain a safe environment
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer tests
• Support residents with life skills
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery

Qualifications and Skills

• A passion for helping others, reliability, and a commitment to making a difference
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and respond effectively in crisis situations
• Prior experience in residential or mental health support is valued

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift.
