Adult Residential Support Professional Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a 42-bed substance use treatment facility. Responsibilities include observing and reporting resident behaviors, supporting treatment goals, responding to emergencies, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities such as meals and transportation. Additional duties involve facilitating educational groups, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in meetings and trainings. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries. Preferred qualifications include experience in behavioral health, relevant coursework, DHS 83 training, and a valid driver’s license. This position involves working in a residential setting, requiring physical activity and outdoor assistance.
