Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Location: Grandstone/Eastwood in Appleton, WI, with flexibility to work at both facilities. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support and guidance to adults facing mental health or substance use challenges.Assist with daily living skills, medication management, and basic healthcare needs.De-escalate crisis situations using non-restrictive techniques.Facilitate educational and recovery-focused group activities.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Document progress and maintain confidential records.Encourage independence through skill-building and positive role modeling.Assist with household tasks like cleaning and shopping.Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required.Experience in mental health, crisis services, or human services preferred.College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is advantageous.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.Ability to pass background and medical screenings.
