Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Location: Grandstone/Eastwood in Appleton, WI Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support to adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, assist with daily living skills, medication management, and healthcare needs. Facilitate educational and recovery groups, de-escalate crises using non-restrictive techniques, transport residents, document progress, encourage independence, and assist with household tasks. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to ensure quality care. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in mental health or human services preferred. College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred. Ability to pass background and screenings.
