We are seeking Adult Residential Support Professionals to provide guidance, supervision, and compassionate support in a residential treatment facility dedicated to substance use treatment and recovery. Responsibilities include supervising residents, building positive relationships, and maintaining professional boundariesobserving, documenting, and reporting behaviors and progresssupporting residents in achieving treatment goalsresponding to emergencies and crisesadministering medications, collecting urine samples, and conducting breathalyzer testsassisting with daily activities like meal prep, housekeeping, and transportationfacilitating educational and life skills groupsmaintaining confidentiality and participating in meetings and trainingsperforming additional duties as assigned Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background and medical clearances, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework, DHS 83 training, and a valid driver’s license. Work environment involves frequent physical activity in a residential setting, including outdoor and seasonal tasks. Note: Due to contractual requirements, female staff must conduct observed urine analyses for male residents.
