Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Location: Grandstone/Eastwood in Appleton, WI, with flexibility to work at both facilities. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support to adults with mental health/substance use challenges, assist with daily living skills, medication management, and healthcare needs. Facilitate recovery-focused activities, de-escalate crises non-restrictively, transport residents, document progress, and encourage independence through skill-building and positive role modeling. Assist with household tasks and participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience in mental health or human services preferred. College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical screenings. Key Duties: Support residents' recovery, ensure safety, assist with daily routines, document progress, and foster a supportive environment.
