Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Location: Grandstone/Eastwood in Appleton, WI Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support to adults with mental health/substance use challenges, assist with daily living skills, medication management, and healthcare needs. Facilitate recovery-focused group activities, help de-escalate crises using non-restrictive techniques, transport residents, document progress, encourage independence, and perform household tasks. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; experience in mental health or human services preferred; college coursework in related fields is a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred; able to pass background and medical screenings. Skills: Dependability, compassion, ability to de-escalate crises, support skill-building, and maintain confidentiality.
