The Adult Residential Support Professional provides care and support to clients in addiction and restorative justice programs within a community-based residential setting. Responsibilities include monitoring and interacting with residents as a positive role modeldocumenting behaviors and maintaining recordsassisting with housekeeping, medication administration, and life skills teachingresponding to emergencies, supporting treatment goals, and facilitating educational activitiestransporting residents and performing basic first aidsharing updates with external partners while maintaining confidentialityattending trainings and staff meetingssupporting residents in achieving recovery and sobriety Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, preferred experience in similar services, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required certifications include valid driver’s license (preferred) and DHS 83 training (post-hire). Additional requirements involve physical ability to perform job duties, basic computer skills, and effective communication skills.
