Responsibilities
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of youth care workers and be a mentor and advocate for young people, helping them reach their goals and build life skills. Every day’s a little different—you’ll be supervising staff, running therapeutic groups, teaching routines, and working on positive behavior strategies. From taking youth to appointments to engaging in fun activities, your role is all about creating a safe, supportive space for them to thrive.
Qualifications
- 21+
- Bachelor’s degree
