About the Role
Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures while on site, and through rotating on-call coverage.
- Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
- Safeguard the safety and well-being of students.
- Support staff and programming through knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Littleton Academy's Residential Department.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Group home, residential program, or mental health facility experience required.
- Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications
At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
Skills
Must possess strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
