Location

Granville, Lewistown, McVeytown, Mifflintown, Milroy, McVeytown & Reedsville (Part‑Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings.
• Assist individuals with transportation, daily activities, community participation, and achieving goals outlined in their Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, personal choice, inclusion, and the development of life skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation including medication administration records, daily logs, progress notes, incident reports, and other required records.
• Collaborate with coworkers, families, supervisors, and support teams to ensure high‑quality services and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).
• Previous experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a human services setting (preferred).

Pay

$17 per hour with DailyPay option to access earned wages before payday.

Schedule

• Part‑Time with flexible scheduling based on program needs.
• Weekend and holiday hours may be required.
• On‑call or emergency support may be required as assigned.
