About the role
As a Residential Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries
Pay & benefits
- Pay range: $20–$23.25 per hour
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- 3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start
